It's such a sun sizzling weekend,isn't it? It's good to stay indoors, outdoors would melt your brain.

I saw another Prudential letter on my table which made me groaned. I was thinking what is it again?They have been sending letters for alot of things and I dread reading this kinda bills related letters.

I have long forgotten about the Ipod Nano that Yuanpin said might be able to get me. I am not totally excited over a gadget but again~Apple ipod nano leh. Free one,who don't want right?
4Gb somemore. I decided to zhng it when I have time to go get the crystals.
Jason is not in total approval but Ipod is just another Ipod till you customise it to be YOUR ipod right?

Met up with Von & Irene for dinner.


Rushed to P.S to get flowers for them. Though the beaut of one flower perishes soon but which gal doesn't enjoy receiving flower?

We had dinner @ this new TCC next to Shaw House,Orchard.


I heartx the cottage country style of it. Each TCC is just so different and I heartx the way that they bring a different style to each outlet.





It is a must meet Friday with my ladies. I almost wanna cry as I hear Vonny relating her feelings.
I just hope that things will get better for her.

Bad feelings aside,food brightens us up.(in a lean sense)


If you are not too hungry when you step in a TCC, you can just order their wedges. It rocks your socks,stomach,intestine whatever.


My baked mozza tofu beef. I expect the beef to be savoury. Instead it tastes like the sweet minced pork that my mum cooks. I can't say I like it totally.


I can't recall the name of this dessert. It tastes..ok la. Nice decor though.

Pear-fect melody has little of pear and I tasted so much of almond cream(yurks!).

We proceeded to Royal Plaza @ Scotts, Heat (Am I right?) bar for some music & drinks. Of cos' non-drinker like me just don't really drink.

We love the beautiful staircase leading up.




I edited the pictures a lil, adding on to the colours & glow-rify our tired faces so it's less tired looking(whatever). Other than that, I didn't do anything ok? That is still us.

Saturday was so scorching!
Ok..I was tired so I kinda screwed the day for Jason. =/

I looked chui yesterday!

We went to collect my Ipod at Funan & by passed SMU.

Being spontaneous (one of my fav word in the dictionary), I asked Jason to pose.

From Central,we moved to Mustafa.


It's so freaking hot & crowded (of cos) over there.

We went to get a pair of Crocs for my mum. They only sell Maryjane design of some colours andup to Size8 nia.
I bought 2 hairclips too.
Mustafa is not exactly a nice place to shop but it's good if you hope to get something cheaper than the normal retail stalls. Plus it's also nice to walk in the Lil' India stretch once in a whle to experience something different.
Only thing...weather is NO GOOD!

59th (and one) month

For those who don't know, the (and one) month was the 1 month of 'probation' before Jason & I officially pronounced the relationship.
What? The "probation" thing was quite 'in' those days.

I was telling Jason that it was exactly a Monday too when we started the probation.
Go check the calender. 23rd June 2003 was a Monday.

How did I even get into a relationship and it is now 5 years old? Haha.
Time flies~~

One thing about living in a HDB flat is it can be really noisy sometimes. You can just hear anything from the block and there's this primary school brothers who are rather noisy just living a storey below.
So nice that their study room is facing opposite my room.

Monday has little to tell.
Just pray the week will get better and better.

Why must there be a Monday in life or why not 2 Sundays?
Anyhow,weekend is soon to be over and I'm here to blog about what happened on Saturday.

(It took me a minute to recall what actually took place in Saturday. Ah...age!)
We began our journey with visiting Ah Gong (Jason's maternal grandpa) in the sweet' O TTSH.
I almost knew the way to the wards like I worked there.

Jason said this is golfer's way. I told him his shorts are too tight for his big butts. Lol!

While Jason was conversing with his Ah Gong, I took some very nice photos which immediately reminded me of 'Tuesdays with Morrie'.

It looked like Jason was doing some kinda talkshow with a wise old man.

Saw this page at the newspaper. The toddler is so cute loh. Reminded me of my younger bro when he was that age. I just adore babies at this age,abit chubby,just learn to talk and walk age.

Ever since that master (for some reason) made it a point to tell me that I MUST finish my food and not leave leftovers, I find eating to be a chore.
Wha lao..clean the plate is first,stomach hurting and second,figure damaging.

We did some research of comparing the prices of just booking the air tickets & hotel ourselves and going to agencies. Ok lah, Jason did all the research before himself of DIY and as usual, I did nothing but bringing my HEAVY laptop out for show.

Was almost surprised that DIY (on BUDGET airline somemore) is actually just a little cheaper than agencies who provide Cathay Pacific airline. Somemore for DIY, we just add on the safe estimated gauge for the taxes, the travel etc(Which is all wrong..haha)

We went Farmosa.(we checked out 5 stars and bloody it was so much more expensive loh!)

Mickey's so short!

For budgeted traveller like me,forking the extra money to go Disney is a careful option.
Many said it wasn't as great(but of cos) but I made up the mind to go because who knows when will I ever have the chance to go the Real Disneyland @ the States.


We would soon be having the authentic ones.

5D4N stay at a reasonably comfortable 4 stars hotel at Jordan, with 1 for 1 tickets to Disneyland AND we are going to Oceanpark TOO, airport transfers, 4 hours plus ride in comfortable Cathay instead of crampy Jetstar...I would say going to agencies are more value worth.

Plus the staff at Farmosa did the calculations infront of you so it is rather transparent, not unlike the one at 5 stars.

I somewhat dawned onto my next thing to be on my bucketlist.


Lol! I only went on cruise once with my mum and younger bro and it was the lousy LeisureWorld.
Cruise is somewhat not that worth it but still a luxurious experience.

Backtracking a lil...Before the agencies, we went to Mac to use their wireless.

To believe or not.

It was 1.40pm plus during lunch hour today when suddenly the office went 'poom'.
Black out! All electricity were cut off of the entire building premises and I got a mini shock. Well everyone got a mini shock.

This kinda situation is something that you always secretly wish for during school time whereby you are then allow to go home shortly after, or really something like that.
Deep in my heart, I am hurraying & hoping the electricity won't comes back till 6pm.
HAHAHA!
It's Good Gracious SWEET Friday,baby! The electricity didn't came back and it's free time all the way.

So we were taking our turns to have our fortune told by this very 厉害 master who learned his skills in Tibet. Shall not waste the time in telling how come got this master come to our office etc but I can only say he has been quite accurate in most things. (Some things I am unsure of, some not known yet)

As you might have known, I am always dying to have my fortune tell but always dare not do so. What if I hear the bad things?
I had my first one told early this year with my boss's sister in law. I can't say he is not accurate or not good but half of the time, I have no big idea what is he trying to tell me. Plus he is not very detailed & precise so I just take that as a lil' blah blah session.

This master knows way lot more than the first one. Fortune telling is a gift sometimes. Sure you can learn from books,masters etc but it takes a calling to be a good fortune teller. Plus he didn't just know how to tell fortune, he can read fengsui and know alot of other stuff which I prefer not to blah over here lah. What for?

Each of us took our turn and by my turn, he looked very exhausted.(but of cos!)
I did not know exactly what to ask for. I should have ask things like will I be rich etc?Hahahaha.
He uses the pokercards style. The first thing he said as he laid my card was something like "wha..your life gets better as you age." That is IF I didn't hear WRONGLY. Skally if I hear wrongly, he said my life worsen as I age. HAHAHAHA. Because he just said it once & not clearly so I didn't ask much.

I asked about my parents,brothers,Jason. He did not said much about my career even I asked.

Oh...He said I would get married at age 27!
So I asked him what if I didn't get marry at 27?? Miss it le then how?
He didn't say anything else but machiam like very sure I would get marry by then. Ha.Ha.Ha.

It's a hahaha session lah. I really didn't know what to ask more. Plus he looks so exhausted le,(it's a simultaneous one by one session) so I didn't wanna ask too much.Know the basic can le plus you can't believe it all on fortune telling de lah.

27 years old? 3 years to go. Well..check it up ba.Ha.

Proceeded to meet Jason & his families to celebrate his cousin's birthday.

I am rather looking forward to my coming 24th. Maybe it is due to the recent disasters that it teaches life is unpredictable & it is really a blessing to be able to live on yet another year.

I am stretching my celebrations with a few groups,which is quite unlike my usual practice.

4th July with Fyn & Benson(and Jason)
5th July with Jason's families. (His families are always treating each other when it is one of the members' birthday and always include me.I just feel like returning the happiness)

It may not be alot but it doesn't matter. ;)

After parting with Fyn, I suddenly recalled I had wanted to go La Senza to buy some nice nighties. I wouldnt want to wear ugly home shirts to sleep in HK.

How would I choose to let go of the chance to take pictures when I have the chance to?

If you have buying shorts from La Senza, you can only buy the S/P (Petite) size. I didn't think I could fit for S and took all M at first. Wha lao..M is soo baggy de loh! M for long pants is machiam XL.
So if I can fit into their so call S for bottoms, you can do so too. Even XS for you.
